According to different dust cleaning methods, it can be divided into five types: mechanical vibration, chamber back blowing, nozzle back blowing, pulse blowing, and mechanical rotary back blowing. 3、 Main principles

The structure of a bag filter mainly consists of an upper box, a middle box, a lower box (ash hopper), a cleaning system, and an ash discharge mechanism.

The main principles of bag dust removal are: filtration principle and dust cleaning principle.

Filtering principle: Dust containing gas enters through the air inlet, passes through the collision baffle, and most of the coarse particles in the gas are separated by inertia and directly fall into the pipe. After the dust containing gas is shaken by the ash, it enters the filter bag filtering area of the middle box. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is grouped outside the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is then discharged through the air outlet.

Dust cleaning principle: As the sleep power time continues, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value or the operating time reaches the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust.
